This apartement is to be rented for three nights up to two weeks.

Rules and policies.

Check in and check out time

You are welcome at anytime your fligth or other way to join Lisbon take you to the city. I am trying to have a minimum of check in/check out on the same day. When this happens I need a minimum of two hours between the check out and check in to clean and prepare the apartment. In such a case I try to find the better solution for my clients and by default use the rule of check out by 12AM, check in after 2PM.

Cancelation or modification

In case you need to cancel your stay more than 21 days before your arrival I will refund entirely your booking deposit. I may also suggest to keep this deposit and use it as booking deposit for a later stay.
In case your cancelation is done with less than 21 days from your arrival I will study the case taking in account that if I don't have the pleasure to receive you in Lisbon now I may have this pleasure in the future. ( until now I only refused once to refund a client, the cancelation was done 3 days before the arrival date and my client didn't consider to give me a clear and documented reason for it )
In case of changes ( number of persons, dates ... ) I will try to do my best with the limits of my calendar of already booked apartments.

Security deposit

Depending on the reasonable condition of the apartment the security deposit is devolved at leaving time ( until now I never had to keep all or part of the security deposit, only once I regret it, the quantity of beach sand left inside the dryer machine was a bit too much ).

Others

As a private owner running my rentals alone, I am trying to stay the more flexible I can so to be able to respond to all the needs of my different clients. I am trying to do my best to make my clients satisfied so they came back or send me their friends. In case you miss some information please be in contact.
