September 2011 : Even if as a french person I have more visitors from France or Canada, I like a lot the visits of Irish, American ( I have lived in San Francisco for a while ) and «pure» English, not to mention the spanish language countries that I can easily understand but have more difficulties in speaking ... Lisbon is fantastic city, climate is perfect and people are friendly. Here is so much to see and do. This area is lively in a good way. From this street you can find everything. Studio is nice, full of light, calm, relaxing. In the night you can see the moon from a roof window! Especially I want to say thank you to Guy. He made staying here safe and confortable. Surely will come back again to Lisbon. | |

We feel that we avoided the "occidental tourist" role(s) by staying in the Santa Catarina area in our "home away from home" ... experience, and in eight short days I believe I have seen ... une

Gracias a Guy por sa acogedora manera de hacernos descubrir Lisboa. El estudio en la calle da Siva esta perfectamente ubicado, cerca del tranvia Nº28 tan útil para recorrer el centro de la ciudad, y la vista sobre el Tejo tambien es encantadora. En la mesma calle da Silva recomiendo la Tasquinha de Lina, uma casa de comidas muy típica, donde era cliente Monoel de Oliveira! ... | |

2007 ) No hay mejor manera de visitar una ciudad, que internarse en los interiores. Y esa es para mí Lisboa con sus siete colinas color ocre y en las alturas, ver un azul donde se tocan cielo y mar; esa es para mí Lisboa, un edificio en la rua da Silva, una calle angosta, subir las escaleras de madera y entrar al estudio, saludar a las vecinas brasileñas de la ventana en frente, sentarse a escribir o dormir la siesta, despertarse y tomar un café con un bolo (pastel) de arroz, y descansar antes de perderse en el atardecer, hacer nuestra la ciudad, vivir en ella, hallar domicilio en un estudio maravilloso, entre los techos de Lisboa, ahí donde Wim Wenders se inspirase para filmar a Madredeus. Mi madre y yo hemos rentado un estudio en Lisboa durante cinco días el pasado abril y, amamos compartir ese espacio tan especial, si quieren más información, ponganse en contacto con Guy, un hombre encantador | |
