January 2020 : I have more french testimonies than english ones but these ones are good ones. I appreciate a lot the visits of Irish, American ( I have lived in San Francisco for a while ) and «pure» English, not to mention the english secondary language countries with east european accent or others ... C'est avec regret que nous quittons ce petit studio «sous les toits« où l'on se sent «comme à la maison», et Lisboa pleine de charme où nous avons eu plaisir à nous balader, à notre rythme, au hasard des rues et des quartiers, avec un petit coup de coeur pour la Mouraria... Merci Guy pour ta gentillesse et ta disponibilité... Tout était bien... I love also the apartment : the paintings, the lamp above the entrance, the view outside. Also the closenesse of the tramway and the station. Now we know a good adress to stay in Lisbon : «Livbon»! Thanks. | |

Once again in Lisbon, this enchanted city! Once again staying in this delightful appt of Guy's, so well located in the centre of this magnificent city. Deja 5 jours que nous sommes ici, a profiter de la magnifique ville de Lisbonne et des environs. Ville agreable et securitaire, ou il fait bon flaner et decouvrir... Les gens de Lisbonne sont a la fois accueillants et discrets, et nous laissent entrer dans leur univers a notre façon. Ce fut un plaisir de vivre un temps soit peu au Portugal, ou la langue est agreable a ecouter... Merci a Guy pour un appartement chaleureux et accueillant ou il fait bon se refugier apres nos longues journees ensoleillees... | |

Meme si je suis déja venue à Lisbonne auparavant, je suis contente de pouvoir dire, tout comme Oleg qui vient pour la premiere fois, que 30 rua da Silva sera desormais le veritable point de depart et le repere principal dans notre decouverte de l'univers Lisboete et - pourquoi pas - lusitanophone. Un tres grand merci au proprietaire des lieux a l'origine de cette magie. ( et de ma part un grand merci a Oleg qui me permet d'envoyer un peu de russe aux amis que j'ai la bas ) |

Lisbon is fantastic city, climate is perfect and people are friendly. Here is so much to see and do. This area is lively in a good way. From this street you can find everything. Studio is nice, full of light, calm, relaxing. In the night you can see the moon from a roof window! Especially I want to say thank you to Guy. He made staying here safe and confortable. Surely will come back again to Lisbon. | |

We feel that we avoided the "occidental tourist" role(s) by staying in the Santa Catarina area in our "home away from home" ...
