The apartment :In order to keep the atmosfere of the area the building and the apartment have kept the stone balconies, wood floors, origin wood doors, and inside tiles -- azulejos --. We are also very proud of our lime-washed walls, very fresh and beautifully white. The choice of furniture has also be done in respect of this building from the eighteen century. |
Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment has three main rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In addition you have the benefit of a front balcony on the alley and a small terrasse on the back of the kitchen very convenient for your outside breakfast. The living room is equipped with a big sofa and a dining table. The two large bedrooms have double size beds.
This three rooms apartment will welcome two couples or a couple with kids ( eventually we provide a small temporary bed ).
Given the physical realities of the apartment it isn't suggested for guests with ambulatory limitations. Also, for the well being of our other guests, we discourage smoking in our apartments. ( also we hope heavy smokers not to rent ). Also, we regret not being equipped to welcome domestic animals.
