The apartment :Build in the 40īs this apartment keep some trace of the late Portuguese art deco. When remodeling one of the biggest job have been to restaure the woods inside the main bedroom ( inside window, door ect ), but the effect is quite spectacular. Finding some specific furniture we have tryed to keep an ambiance of these years omitting the bad part of it. ( these years have been the dictature years in Portugal ) |
Located on the 3rd floor ( more like 3 and a half one ), the apartment has three main rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The marquise ( closed balcony ) on the back of building has been approved to make a dining room with a view over the city.
You will also appreciate the independante and well equipped kitchen and the bathroom equipped with a large shower. The apartment can welcome four persons either two couple sharing queen size beds or one couple and two separate persons on single beds.
Given the physical realities of the apartment it isn't suggested for guests with ambulatory limitations. Also, for the well being of our other guests, we discourage smoking in our apartments. ( also we hope heavy smokers not to rent ). Also, we regret not being equipped to welcome domestic animals.
